Program of the journey

Day 1 : Arrive inYakutsk, accomodation in hotel, rest.
Day 2 : In the morning flight by plane for Zyryanka , accomodation in hotel.
After lunch meeting of the guides, study of the course, instructions of security, a look at video of interested area..
Day 3 : After breakfast load equipment and flight by helicopter towards the Inania river.
Day 4 : In the morning the tour starts at the Omulevka river, after 30 km arrival at the Slanzevi river, overnight stay.
Day 5 : 29 km rafting on the Erieha river, overnight stay.
Day 6 : 49 km rafting on the Omcikhan river, overnight stay.
Day 7 : 43 km rafting on the Neriuci river
Day 8 : 40 km rafting on the Omulevka river, overnight stay.
Day 9 : Rafting along the Yasachnaja river, after 30 km stopping at the Olguia river, overnight stay.
Day 10 : Rafting along the Yasachnaja river, after 35 km arrival at the inhabited center of Nelemnoe, visit to local museum, overnight stay.
Day 11 : In the morning flight by helicopter towards Zyryanka, accomodation in hotel, overnight stay.
Day 12 : After breakfast visit local museum and flight for Yakutsk.

Information about the route

The Omulevka river is a left tributary of the Kolyma river, which is 398 km long. The Omulevka thaws at the end of
May and is covered by ice in October.

Omulevka is a russian name which is taken from the name “Omul“ a fresh water fish that lives in oriental Siberia and is part of salmon family.
The banks of the river are covered by conifers wood and shrub.

During the journey it is possible to see animals like snow sheep, brown bear, Kolyma elk, and many species of the wild seals.
Brown bear in this season are not aggressive, in this case the guides have rifles to assure the tranquillity of the group.
